About Me:
John is a Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Edinburgh and was awarded a post-graduate MD at the same institution. John completed his Respiratory training in the West of Scotland and took up his consultant post in 2014.

John’s clinical practice involves all aspects of respiratory medicine. His NHS practice has a particular focus on dealing with abnormal imaging, lung cancer and pulmonary nodules, and has taken on prominent roles in improving care both regionally and nationally with a growing portfolio of research.
John’s focused but relaxed approach targets a rapid diagnostic journey while making patients feel at ease during consultations.
